The Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) is seeking an experienced and qualified engineering consultant and subject matter expert for the site servicing and design for an education and/or parks and recreation development (the “Development”) located on 10 acres of land at 20 D’Arcy Ranch Drive (the “Lands”) based on the conceptual project design.  The scope includes complete engineering design, construction RFP preparation, project management, construction inspection and contract administration, post construction warranty inspection and repair supervision. The project will start in late 2023 with construction expected to be completed in 2024.
