The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants specialized in social policy development, social needs assessments, and strategy development to assist the Town in establishing a social policy framework. This framework will be used to assess future initiatives, promote enhanced collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and to define the various roles the Town my engage in to respond to the current and future social needs of the community.  This project will consist of two phases, a Social Policy Framework (SPF) and a Social Needs Strategy.
