Each year, the Town hires various type of equipment with operators from external contractors to supplement the Town’s own forces primarily in emergent matter situations for short term needs.  Typical requirements are intended to be short term engagements to address temporary capacity issues. Types of activities this may be used on could include but not limited too:

• Hauling (Gravel, Water)
• Sweeping
• Snow Removal
• Junk Removal

For 2021, the Town has identified a list of equipment (with operator) types that may be required to support the above activities. Through this RFP process, the Town will select all qualified contractors, ranked according to the evaluation, which will be called-out if, as and when required.
