Phase 1 of the project, included in this RFP, is for design assist and construction services for the raw waterline from the Town’s water treatment plant to the east side of the intersection of Highway 2 and 370 Avenue E. The remaining components of the project will be procured separately. The scope of work contemplated in this RFP consists of three parts: pre-construction collaboration, cost validation, and construction services.
