The purpose of this RFPQ is for the Town of Okotoks (the “Town”) to invite interested Respondents to provide Submissions demonstrating that they possess the relevant experience, capability and resources to undertake the Services for the Horizontal Collector Well portion of the FORWS, as described further herein. The Horizontal Collector Well technology was recommended in the preliminary design and included in the initial approval applications. 

The scope of work will include, but is not limited to design, construction, and commissioning of the Horizontal Collector Well including caisson, laterals and potentially top slab. The scope excludes buildings, site grading and permanent access, site servicing, piping, valves, pumps, building mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls, and communications. Civil works will be limited to temporary access and restoration of areas impacted by construction to their state pre-construction.
